Beauty from the inside out with Gâc

gac_fruit

I used to think that beauty came with the right clothes, the right accessories and the right make-up. I spent a lot on those items but was never really satisfied. It was outside of me and not part of me. It didn’t reflect me or make me look good. It washed off me when I disrobed or took a bath.

At the most, I was hiding my faults or accentuating my strong points. Now, i realize the new trend in beauty is to nourish the skin from the inside out. I apply sunscreen to protect my face from the sun but I also take R.G. Skin Revitalizer.

This skin revitalizer contains a dietary supplement called R.G. (Red Gâc) Skin Revitalizer. it is an oil extract from the tropical superfruit Gâc. It is rich in carotenoid antioxidants. If one takes it daily, it provides nourishment to the skin with a difference, from the inside out!

You might be wondering what is Gâc (Momordia Cochinchinemis Spreng). Gâc (Momordia Cochinchinemis Spreng), is a bright-red fruit found all over sub-tropical Asia, especially in Vietnam. it is rich in antioxidants. it is highly treasured for its medicinal potentials.

Beta-carotene which is the natural carotenoid antioxidant found abundantly in Gâc fruit is beneficial to the skin. It helps boost the immune system. It also assists the skin’s cellular rejuvenation process.

Albus Dumbledore is gay-is it an issue at all?

J.K. Rowling’s revealed recently that Hogwarts headmaster Albus Dumbledore is gay. Dumbledore has not denied it. Surprisingly this revelation has generated much comment from all over the world.

What’s the big deal? He has a right to live his life the way he wants to. Someone might say since since he is now practically a cultural icon, it might promote the wrong image. What wrong image? That it is ok to be straight but not ok to be gay?

But I have to admit there are too few gay characters in literature. Gays if any are often illustrated as soft males or tough females who live on the fringes of society. Barely acceptable or merely tolerated.

The way I look at it, society as a whole has accepted that gayism is here to stay. Individually, most individuals have no axes to grind where gay issues are concerned. It is only as a group that they act as stone throwers, fueled by religious zealots.

Rowling herself has said the Harry Potter books are a prolonged argument for tolerance and an end to bigotry.

Back in the 1980s the portrayal of gay parenthood in the children’s book “Jenny lives with Eric and Martin” caused an uproar in Britain and played a major part in the Conservative government’s decision to pass legislation which prohibited the “promotion” of homosexuality by local government in schools, libraries and other public places (known as Clause 28). In the U.S. “Heather has two mommies” became a similarly publicised book.

The Story Of Peter Durose.

He was a supermarket boss who made £250,000 per month excluding bonuses for Tesco and downsized for his own corner grocery shop and a much better family life .

Going back to the basics. The very type of grocery shops that those supermarkets are squeezing them out or make them redundant.

He chose the path of having less money but a more happier and meaningful family life.He switched from the fast lane to the slow lane and enjoy his new found freedom. He was his own boss and able to control his life and where he wanted to go .

Holding such a high position in an organization and getting highly paid is not without its price. You may have to pay a very high price for the fame or the money .

You will have no time for your family or loved ones.Even though you have alot of money and can afford alot of things others cannot.

But having all those money but no life is not an ideal situation. One should seek a balance in life ,for life is not all about money . It is about sharing love and togetherness.

It is about the quality and the intangibles like love , kindness ,emotions and togetherness. You cannot put a price on those intangibles.

The Joys & The Pitfalls Of Office Romance .

The office is not just a place for work only ,it can be a fertile ground for flourishing and exciting romances or it could be a battle ground of the sexes.

It could lead you up the road to a happy and holy matrimony if handled properly or lead you down to the steps of a law court on sexual harassment charges and to ruins if you handled it wrongly.

We spend most of our daily active life working and with overtime because of today’s demanding jobs and economic
considerations.

The long hours and the back breaking job, coupled with the goldfish bowl environment is a ripe recipe for dangerous liaisons and secret rendezvous and where the seeds of passion and amour germinates and blooms.

It could just be the innocuous accidental hand touching , casual chit chats, e-mails to and fro ,an innocent sweet smile or look , a silent admirer or venture into the darker side of midnight ,of stolen kisses ,cheating hearts ,one night stands or rapturous sex and romantic candle light dinners.

There is no way to stop office romance because we are only human and seek love and companionship whether you are married or single.

The fine and thin red line between friendship and love can be blurred and obscured sometimes. The nature of the job and the constant presence of the opposite sex can stoke the flame of love and romance.

Some company have rules governing office romance and you should be aware of them or you could run foul of the company laws and end up in the streets. You could end up losing both your job and your love.

Beware of the pitfalls of office romance. It could be a joy to you both but will bring sadness and pain and break many other
’s hearts
