8th EU Film Festival
The 8th EU Film Festival will be held be held here in Kuala Lumpur next month. A total of 20 films produced by European Union countries will be shown.
Among them will be Le Petit Lieutenant(France), The Lives of Other ( Germany), November ( Spain), Sailing Home (Italy), and Nyuke ( Netherlands)
Other less well knows hits include Elina(Sweden),Little Secret(Luxemburg,Two Syllables Behind (Slovakia),Dreaming Endless (Romania), and The Queen (UK).
Deputy head of Mission of the French Embassy in Malaysia Charles-Henry Brosseau said that the festival is one of the efforts to strengthen relationships between the European and Malaysian people.
The movies will be screened at Golden Screen Cinema theatres the Mid Valley, One Utama and Pavilion shopping complexes from Dec 15 to 16 and in Penang from Dec 20 - 26
