Weekend snapshot
My entry is about this old man. When I left for lunch he was busy scavenging. Looking for things to recycle.
He left soon after with a bicycle load of things. Later when I was walking back after lunch I took this pic. There seemed to be nothing of commercial value at all.
Minutes later he was still at it. Busy scavenging for recyclable goods of commercial value. The mid-day sun is so hot. He put me to shame for being so comfortable in my office and complaining about my work load.

What a contrast. This is true all over the world, sadly. And then there are people of compassion, like you, who draw our attention to these things and make a difference.
